Jeff Jefferson, TSC, CSP
President & CEO

Jeff has spent the last decade building and leading highly successful teams for both large and small organizations within the HR and Recruiting industry. Jeff started Actum, Inc. in 2009 and is focused on solving his customers’ needs by providing unmatched service and results. His leadership has helped his teams achieve tremendous bottom-line growth, as witnessed by inclusion in the Inc 5000 list during his time with multiple firms. Jeff’s experience as a US Army Paratrooper was a defining time in his life and career, and he has used those basic leadership principles to create organizations with strong camaraderie and a team oriented mentality which are focused on helping customers recognize immediate return on their investment. Jeff graduated from the University of Richmond where he was a member of the Varsity Men’s Basketball team, after which he spent time playing professional basketball in Ireland. Jeff lives in Richmond, VA with his wife 2 children and chocolate lab Maggie.

Sean Harrington
VP Sales & Marketing

Sean brings over a decade of award-winning Sales and Marketing experience to Actum. Sean began his career as an Account Executive for a Richmond-based PR and Marketing Agency, specifically focusing on healthcare and professional sporting clients. Sean then moved to a major IT Staffing Firm where he was recognized as a top producer and helped open the Dallas, TX branch office. Prior to joining Actum, Sean spent the past eight years representing mid-size to Fortune 500 Medical companies in Senior Sales and Account Management roles. Sean’s Customer Service philosophy centers around developing a strong relationship with all aspects of the Client’s organization in order to truly understand the Client’s needs and how they impact the entire business. Sean is a graduate of James Madison University, where he was a member of the Varsity Track and Cross Country teams. Sean lives in Glen Allen, VA with his wife and 2 children.
