Employer of Record & 1099 Services

As the employer of record, ActumHR handles the mundane tasks that small business owners don’t have the time or in some cases the know-how to manage.  Our HR and employment background give us the experience to manage a robust HR strategy for our clients resulting in better compliance and significant cost savings.  Additionally our 1099 to W-2 service allows indepent consultants to enjoy the same tax savings / advantages, retirement savings opportunities, employment related protections, and group healthcare advantages as any standard employee, while continuing to enjoy the autonomy and freedom of a 1099 contract.      

Limited Medical Insurance

For some employers and even some employees traditional group healthcare plans just don’t make sense.  ActumHR in partnership with (big insurance company to be named later) have created a limited medical plan that caters to those employers with high numbers of hourly and seasonal or short term employees.  Our plan, in conjunction with our EoR services present options never before available to employers.
